Lisa, a chef with over 35 years of experience in prestigious kitchens, creates a six-course small plates menu that showcases seasonal flavours and refined technique.
Each dish is perfectly paired with wines personally selected by Ed, of DBM wines Clifton, has decades of experience in the wine trade bringing depth and character to every glass matched to each plate.
To finish, indulge in Lisa’s award-winning handmade chocolates for a touch of extra decadence. More than just dinner, this is a relaxed and personal evening of flavour, connection, and storytelling in a truly special setting.
